It takes 2-3 days before we ship your products. Once the products are shipped, they should be delivered within 5-7 days. Should you not have your order within this timeframe, please feel free to reach out to us.

All orders enjoy free shipping in Canada. There are no shipping costs.

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available. 

If you haven’t received your tracking information within 2 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us. We will be happy to assist you.
