Shipping & Delivery
How long does it take for my product to be shipped?
It may take 2-3 days before we ship your products. This is because every product is made to order. This helps us reduce the amount of waste we might create.
How long does it take for me to receive my package?
It takes 2-3 days before we ship your products. Once the products are shipped, they should be delivered within 5-7 days. Should you not have your order within this timeframe, please feel free to reach out to us.
How much is shipping in Canada?
We are happy and proud to offer free shipping on all orders in Canada!
Do you ship internationally?
We currently offer our products only in Canada. Please sign up for our newsletter to be the first to receive the exciting news when we offer international shipping!
I received my package! Now what?
Yay! We're so happy you received your package. Try it on, take a picture and post a review. We will send you a 10% discount code for your next order!
My package arrived damaged, what do I do?
We stand by our quality, and we want to make sure that you have a pleasant delivery experience. If a product has arrived damaged, please feel free to reach out to us by filling out our contact form. We will resolve the situation together with you.
My package didn't arrive?
We prefer it when these things don't happen. If you haven't received your package, please reach out to us by filling out our contact form, and we will look into the situation together with you.
Return & Refunds
My size is not correct, can I change it?
If your size is incorrect, please reach out to us by filling out our contact form. We will help you in making sure that you get the right size product for you.
I want to return my order and get a refund, how do I do this?
You can request a refund by logging into your customer account and starting the refund process.
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. Please read more on how to start the return and refund process here.
How do I start a refund?
You can start the refund process by login into your account. From there, you can select which items you want to return. Follow through the steps indicated to start your return process. For more details, please see the Refund Policy page.
Which items can't be refunded?
Final sale items and gift cards are non-refundable. Everything else can be returned within 30 days. For more details, please see the Refund Policy page.
Do I need to pay shipping for my returned item?
Unfortunately, we are unable to cover the shipping costs for items that need to be returned. Shipping costs for items that need to be returned are for your own costs.
Where do I need to ship my returns to?
Please return item(s) to our warehouse at: Unit 3, 3500 Laird Rd, Mississauga, ON L5L 5Y4 Canada.
Do I need to provide a tracking code with my return?
Should you receive a track & trace code when you buy your shipping label, we can highly recommend you to send us your tracking code through our contact form. With this, we will be able to track the return with you, to make sure we receive it.
How long after my return will I receive my refund?
Once we have received your return, a refund will take place within 1-3 business days. Please keep in mind that it can take up to 10 business days for your bank to process the refund.
E-Gift Card
Will my E-gift card cover taxes?
Yes, if the amount is available, your gift card can cover the entire order amount, including taxes calculated at checkout.
Can I use my gift card multiple times?
Yes, if you still have left over money on your gift card, you can use it with another order at a different time.
Can I buy other gift cards with my gift card?
No, you can not use a gift card to purchase another gift card. You can use your gift card on any product within our store except for gift cards.
Can I refund my order if I paid by gift card?
Yes, you can refund your order when you paid with a gift card. The refund will be issued to the gift card that was used.
Can I get a refund for my gift card?
No, gift cards are non-refundable.
